By accessing or using RepClub (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RepClub is a fitness and workout tracking application that allows users to log exercises, track progress, set goals, and monitor personal records. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

RepClub offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free features are available at no cost with limited functionality.
• Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RepClub — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by RepClub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the workout data and content you create within RepClub. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Health Disclaimer

RepClub is a workout tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from exercises logged or suggested within the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RepClub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
